You can delete cloud videos directly from the app.
Delete a Single Video
- Open the app and go to the Library tab. This tab contains all cloud videos from your cameras.
- Tap the video you want to remove to open the playback screen.
- Tap Choose in the top-right corner.
- Select the unwanted video, then tap the Trash icon in the bottom-left corner.
Note: Deleted videos cannot be recovered.
Delete All Videos for a Single Day
- In the Library tab, tap Edit in the top-right corner.
- Tap Select All in the top-left corner.
- If there are more than 20 videos for the day, load all videos first, then tap Select All to delete them in one action.
- You can only delete all videos for a single day at once — deleting across multiple days in one step is not supported.
- Tap the Trash icon in the bottom-left corner to confirm.
Note: Once deleted, videos cannot be recovered.
Important Information About Cloud Videos
- Once your cloud storage reaches its capacity or your subscription expires, older videos will be automatically deleted to make room for new recordings.
- Any videos that are deleted manually or removed automatically due to expiration cannot be recovered.
- If you wish to keep certain videos, download them to your device before they are deleted or expire.
