No. Once a video is deleted—either automatically by the system or manually by you—it cannot be recovered. We recommend downloading or backing up any important recordings before they are removed.
How Long Videos Are Stored
The storage period and capacity depend on your Vico Nature Awareness Plan:
- Free Plan: Stores videos for up to 3 days with a 0.5 GB limit. Valid for 2 years from the date you claim it.
- Awareness Plan: Stores videos for 30 or 60 days with up to 30 GB limit. You can choose the exact retention period in Video History.
Deleted, Expired, and Overwritten Videos
There are a few reasons why a video may no longer appear in your library:
- Automatic deletion: Videos are removed when they reach the storage time limit for your plan.
- Manual deletion: You’ve chosen to delete a video yourself.
- Overwriting: When storage is full, the oldest videos are replaced with new recordings.
Once a video is removed, whether automatically, manually, or because it has expired, it can’t be restored.
