You can download your cloud videos from the app and view them directly on your phone.
Download Cloud Videos
Save a Single Video
- Open the app.
- Tap the Library tab to view all cloud videos from your cameras.
- Open the video you want to save.
- Tap Choose in the top-right corner, select the video, then tap Download in the bottom-right corner.
Save Multiple Videos
- In the Library tab, tap Edit in the top-right corner.
- Tap Select All in the top-left corner.
- Tap Download in the bottom-right corner.
Note: The app can download up to 20 videos at a time when using Select All.
View Downloaded Videos
- On iPhone: Open the Photos app and check the Recents album.
- On Android: Open the Gallery or Photos app (depending on your device).
- Downloaded videos are saved to your phone's local storage and can be shared, edited, or backed up like any other video.
Additional Notes
- Automatic saving is not supported — videos must be saved manually.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection before downloading.
