No. The camera can not record motion while you are watching the live view. Motion detection and live streaming cannot run at the same time. This is expected behavior and helps ensure stable, high-quality video streaming.
Can I Manually Record During Live View?
Yes. You can manually record while watching the live feed by tapping the Record icon (video camera symbol) when you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
To record manually:
- Start Live View in the app.
- Tap the Record icon to begin recording the live feed.
- Tap the icon again to stop recording.
