How do I view my cloud videos?
You can access your recorded videos through the Library:
- Open the Vico Nature app.
- Tap the "Library" tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the specific date you want to view recordings from.
- Videos will appear as a list with timestamps – tap any video to play it.
What should I do if my Library appears empty?
If you don't see any videos:
- Check motion detection: Ensure the camera’s motion detection is turned on. Go to "Camera Settings" → "Motion Detection" to verify.
- Verify camera status: Offline cameras cannot upload videos to the cloud.
- Check the selected date: Make sure you have selected the correct date. A green dot usually indicates that recordings exist for that day.
- Check filters: If any filters are applied in the "Library", try disabling them to see if videos appear.
- Refresh the Library: Pull down the video list to refresh and check for new recordings.
Can I view longer video recordings?
- Go to "Camera Settings" → "Motion Detection" → "Recording Settings", enter the page to set the duration of recorded videos.
- With the free service, recordings are typically up to 20 seconds, depending on how long motion continues to be detected.
- For longer recordings (up to 3 minutes), a premium subscription is required.
