Introduction to Smart Push
Smart Push uses advanced AI algorithms to intelligently analyze movements detected by your camera. It sends specific notifications, identifying key events such as persons, vehicles, pets, packages, and birds. Unlike general motion alerts, Smart Push ensures you receive precise notifications for the events that matter most to you.
How to Set Up Smart Push
Follow these steps to set up Smart Push notifications:
- Open your Vico Nature app.
- Navigate to "Camera Settings."
- Select "Notification Settings."
- Scroll down to the "Classification" section.
- Turn on the category you want to recognize. The video will analyze what’s on the screen, and you can choose whether to be notified for relevant events.
Features of Smart Push
Targeted Notifications
Once a category is enabled, Smart Push will send notifications only when a relevant movement is detected. For example, when a person is detected, you'll receive a "Person Detected" notification. Corresponding icons will also appear in your Library for quick event identification.
Detection and Notification with Smart Push
Smart Push supports multiple detection categories:
- Person
- Pet
- Vehicle
- Package
Your camera will detect movements in these categories, even if Smart Push is not enabled. When Smart Push is active, you’ll receive notifications only when a movement matches a selected category, such as "Person Detected" or "Pet Detected", instead of a generic "Motion Detected".
Filtering Videos in Your Library
If a video has a corresponding tag, you can easily filter and view it in your Library:
- Open "Library."
- Tap the filter icon in the top left corner to access "Filter."
- Select the video tags you want to view.
- Tap "Save" to see all videos with the selected tags.
Important Information
For Bird Feeder Devices
In addition to the standard categories (Person, Vehicle, Pet, Package), Bird Feeder devices also support Bird Fans, which can identify bird species.
Battery-powered Devices
Battery-powered devices support all categories: Person, Vehicle, Pet, and Package.
For Plug-in Devices
Plug-in devices support only Person and Pet notifications.
For 4G Cameras
4G cameras do not support the Smart Push feature.
