What is an Insurance Certificate?
Your Insurance Certificate is an official document issued in partnership with Noonlight that confirms your property is monitored by our advanced safety system. This certificate can be shared with your insurance company to potentially support a premium reduction for homeowners, renters, or other property coverage.
How to access your Insurance Certificate
- Open your app and navigate to Awareness Protection Plan
- Tap My Service
- Scroll down to the Resources section
- Tap Insurance Certificate
- On the certificate page, tap Send Certificate to email yourself the professional monitoring insurance certificate
Getting updated certificates
If you add new monitored devices to your system, you can return to the Insurance Certificate page at any time to send yourself an updated certificate. This ensures your insurance company has the most current information about your monitoring setup.
Using your certificate with insurance providers
You can share this certificate with your insurance company when:
- Applying for new coverage
- Renewing existing policies
- Requesting premium adjustments
- Documenting home safety improvements
Your insurance company may provide you with additional discounts based on your professional monitoring system coverage.
