When choosing a Vico Nature subscription, it’s important to understand how the Single Device Plan and Unlimited Devices Plan differ—especially if you plan to add more cameras in the future.
What's the difference between Single Device Plan and Unlimited Device Plan?
The main difference lies in how many cameras each plan supports:
Single Plan:
- Supports only one camera
- Ideal if you have just one camera
- Lower cost option
- The subscription is tied to one specific device
- If you add more cameras later, you'll need to upgrade to use premium features on additional devices
Unlimited Plan:
- Supports multiple cameras under one subscription
- Perfect if you plan to add more cameras
- Higher upfront cost but more economical for multiple devices
- All cameras under your account can access the premium features
- Covers any additional cameras you add in the future
Can I Share the Benefits of a Single Plan on Multiple Devices?
Currently, this is not supported. A Single Plan is limited to one device only. If you add more cameras, you'll need to upgrade to the Unlimited Plan to enable premium features on all devices.
How to Upgrade from Single Device to Unlimited Devices?
To upgrade your subscription:
- Open the Vico Nature app
- Go to "User" → "Vico Nature Awareness"
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select the Unlimited Plan
- Complete the subscription process
Important: After you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately across all platforms. On iOS, your existing subscription ends right away and any unused time is automatically refunded to your Apple ID balance. On Android, the remaining time on your current plan is applied toward the new one, and you won’t be charged again until your next billing date.
