If you've accidentally purchased the wrong subscription plan, here are three options to resolve it:
Option 1: Cancel Current Plan and Purchase Correct One
- Cancel your current subscription, please go to User > Vico Nature Awareness > My Service > Manage, then tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
- Wait until the current subscription period ends
- Purchase the correct plan through the Vico Nature app: User > Upgrade Now > Select desired plan
Note: Canceling a subscription does not generate an immediate refund. The current billing cycle will remain active until it expires, and you’ll retain access to all subscribed features during this time.
Option 2: Upgrade with Automatic Proration (Apple Users)
Upgrading from a lower-tier plan (e.g. single-device to unlimited, or monthly to annual) is handled automatically by Apple:
- Your current plan ends immediately
- Unused time is prorated and credited
- New plan takes effect right away
- No need to cancel manually
Note: Switching to a lower-tier plan (e.g. unlimited to single-device, or annual to monthly) is considered a downgrade. To downgrade, you must cancel your current plan first and re-subscribe after it expires (see Option 1).
Option 3: Request a Refund
Refunds are possible but not guaranteed — requests made within 24–48 hours and with a valid reason are more likely to be approved.
For accidental purchases or immediate plan changes, you can request a refund:
- Apple users: Visit Apple Support, log in with your Apple ID, select your subscription, and request a refund.
- Google Play users: Go to Google Play Refunds, select your order, and submit a refund request.
Important Notes:
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of renewal may still result in charges.
- Subscription services cannot be transferred between different accounts.
