Shared access depends on whether the subscriber has an Individual Plan or a Family Plan.
Individual Plan
The Individual Plan is for the subscriber only. The subscriber can access all features included with Vico Nature Awareness.
Shared users cannot:
- Watch the live view
- View cloud recordings
- Access Vico Nature Awareness subscription benefits
To share device access and Awareness benefits with other users, the subscriber needs to switch to a Family Plan.
Family Plan
The Family Plan allows family members to share Vico Nature Awareness benefits without purchasing separate subscriptions.
Family members can access:
- Live view
- Cloud recordings
- Smart bird notifications
- Extended cloud video history
- Longer event recordings
- Activity Zone notifications
- Other features included with Vico Nature Awareness
Can Family Members Manage the Subscription?
No. Only the account that purchased the subscription can:
- Change the subscription plan
- Manage the payment method
- Add or remove family members
- Cancel the subscription
Do Family Members Need Separate Subscriptions?
No. Family members included in a Family Plan can share the subscription benefits without purchasing separate plans.
