Is It Possible to Transfer a Vico Nature Subscription Between Accounts?
Unfortunately, Vico Nature currently does not support transferring subscriptions between different accounts. Subscriptions are permanently tied to the original account used at the time of purchase and cannot be moved or transferred to another account, even if you use the same email address to create a new account.
What should I do if I need to use a different account but have an active subscription?
If you need to switch to a new account while having an active subscription, you will need to:

Cancel your current subscription on the old account:
- Please go to User > Vico Nature Awareness > My Service > Manage, then tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges

Purchase a new subscription on your new account:
- Open the Vico Nature app on your new account
- Go to User > Upgrade Now
- Select and purchase the appropriate subscription plan
