Some Vico Nature cameras come with a complimentary cloud service offer that allows you to enjoy video playback and motion recording without an active subscription. If your device qualifies, you can easily redeem your free voucher directly in the Vico Nature app.
Before You Begin
Please check the following before redeeming your voucher:
- One-time redemption: Each camera can redeem a free voucher only once. Once claimed, it cannot be repeated or transferred to another device.
- Model eligibility: Not all camera models support manual voucher redemption. If you don’t see the “Redeem” option in your app, your device may not be eligible.
- Existing paid plans: If your camera currently has an active subscription, the free voucher will only become available after your current plan expires.
Tip: You can check your plan status under Camera Settings > Cloud Service.
How to Redeem Your Free Voucher
Follow these simple steps to claim your offer:
- Open the Vico Nature app.
- Go to "Camera Setting".
- Tap "Cloud Service".
- Select "Redeem", then follow the on-screen instructions to activate your voucher.
Once your voucher is successfully activated, your camera will automatically resume recording motion events. You’ll be able to view video clips instead of still snapshots, providing a more complete view of what’s happening around your camera.
After Activation
- Your cloud storage will begin immediately once redemption is complete.
- You can verify your free plan’s status and expiration date in "Cloud Service" > "Plan Details".
Tip: If the voucher doesn’t appear right away, refresh the app or restart your camera to sync your latest plan status.
