Your subscription coverage depends on which plan you’re currently using in the Vico Nature App. Below explains how newly added devices will be handled for each plan type.
For Users on the Unlimited Device Plan — Every New Device Is Automatically Covered
If you’re using the "Unlimited Device Plan", any new device you add will be automatically included in your subscription. There’s nothing more you need to do — your plan already supports unlimited devices.
For Users on the Two Device Plan — Only the First Two Devices Are Covered Automatically
If you’re on the "Two Device Plan", your first and second devices are automatically covered. However, when you add a third device, it won’t be included under your current plan. To ensure all devices are protected, please upgrade to the "Unlimited Device Plan".
For Users on the Single Device Plan — New Devices Require a Plan Upgrade
If you’re on the Single Device Plan, only one device is included by default. When you add an additional device, it will not be automatically covered. Depending on how many devices you plan to use, you can:
- Upgrade to the "Two Device Plan" (for two devices), or
- Upgrade to the "Unlimited Device Plan" (for three or more devices)
How to Upgrade or Change Your Subscription Plan in the Vico Nature App
You can easily change or upgrade your plan directly in the Vico Nature App. Follow these steps:
- Open the Vico Nature App.
- Tap "User", then select:
- "Vico Nature Awareness" for Wi-Fi cameras, or
- "4G Data Plan" for 4G cameras.
- You’ll be taken to the "My Service" page.
- Tap "Change Plan".
- You’ll be redirected to the "Awareness Service" page.
- Choose either Annual or Monthly billing.
- Tap "Subscribe Now", then select Two or Unlimited based on your needs.
Your plan determines how new devices are covered. Unlimited plans include every device automatically, Two plans include two, and Single plans need an upgrade for more. You can easily adjust your plan anytime in the Vico Nature App to fit your needs.
