You can easily check your active plan details, manage your subscription, or verify whether a specific camera is covered under a plan, all within the Vico Nature app.
View and Manage Your Active Subscription
- Open the Vico Nature app.
- Tap "User" at the bottom of the screen.
- Select "Vico Nature Awareness" (for Wi-Fi cameras) or "4G Data Plan" (for 4G cameras).

You’ll be directed to the "My Service" page. Here, you’ll see:
- Your active plan name
- The plan’s effective date
- "Supported Devices" included in the plan
Note: Please note that the interface may vary slightly depending on your subscription type. If you’re using a Single, Two, or Unlimited Device Plan, the layout you see in the screenshots may look a bit different. Please follow the interface as it appears in your current app.

Tap "Manage" next to the plan name to open the "Manage Subscription" page. On this page, you can:
- View your Payment Method
- Check your Subscription Price
- Cancel Subscription if needed
Check If a Specific Camera Has an Active Plan
- In the Vico Nature app, select the camera you’d like to check.
- Tap the "Camera Setting" icon next to the camera.

Go to "Cloud Service".
- The "Cloud Service" page shows only paid plans, along with their expiration dates.

To view your Vico Nature Free Plan (if you’ve claimed it), tap "More" in the upper-right corner.
- You’ll see the Free Plan name and its expiration date.
Note: The Free Plan is available only after it has been successfully claimed. If you don’t see it, please verify whether the plan was redeemed.
Additional Information
- Each plan applies only to the devices listed under "Supported Devices".
- If you add a new camera, you may need to assign or upgrade your plan to include it.
- Subscription details, including payment history, are managed through the original purchase platform.
Managing your subscription and checking plan details takes just a few taps in the Vico Nature app.
