Not all camera models are supported by the app. Use the steps below to confirm whether your device is compatible.
Check the Camera's Serial Number
The serial number (S/N) is usually printed on the label or body of the camera.
- Compatible: Serial number typically starts with AIC and is 15 characters long
- Not compatible: Serial number starts with other prefixes such as BA2024, VQ, or others
If your serial number does not begin with AIC, your device will not work with this app.
Signs of Incompatibility
- "Invalid QR code" error during setup
- The camera fails to enter pairing mode
- The camera is not recognized by the app after scanning
- Setup fails repeatedly, even when using the correct Wi-Fi and setup steps
