If your app is displaying in the wrong language, or a language you don't understand, you can change it back to the language you need using one of the two methods below.
Method 1: If You Can Understand the Current Language
Follow these steps:
- Open the app
- Tap the User tab (bottom right corner)
- Find and tap App Language
- Select your preferred language (e.g., English)
- The app will update immediately
Method 2: If You Can't Understand the Current Language
Even if you don't recognize the words on the screen, the layout of the app stays the same. Here's how to switch languages based on position:
- Open the app
- Tap the bottom right tab – this is the User section
- On the next screen, look for the 3rd or 4th row in the list — this is the Language setting
- Tap it, and select any language you recognize from the list
Example: If the app is showing in Spanish, the setting will appear as "Idioma de la aplicación", but the steps remain the same across all languages.
