You’ll receive a verification code via email when you:

• Create a new Vico Nature account
• Reset your Vico Nature account password
• Perform a one-time security verification

Codes are usually delivered within a few seconds, though in rare cases it may take up to 1–2 minutes.

Step-by-Step: What to Do If the Code Doesn’t Arrive

   • Look in Inbox, Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
   • Search for emails with the subject line:

     • “Reset your Vico Nature password”
