Verification codes help protect your Vico Nature account by confirming your identity during sign-up, password resets, and security verification. For your security, these codes are valid for a limited time only. Here's what to do if your code expires or if you're not receiving one.

When Will I Receive a Verification Code?

You’ll receive a verification code in the following scenarios:

1. Creating a Vico Nature Account
   To confirm your registration. Code expires in 15 minutes.
2. Resetting Your Password
   To verify identity before allowing a password change. Code expires in 15 minutes.
3. Security Verification
   To ensure your account remains secure. Code expires in 5 minutes.

What Happens If My Code Expires?

If you’re unable to enter the code before it expires, don’t worry—you can easily request a new one.

To Request a New Verification Code:

1. Return to the sign-in, registration, or password reset screen.
2. Re-enter your email address.
3. Tap Resend.
4. Open your email inbox and use the new code promptly.

Note: For security, previously issued codes will no longer be valid once a new one is generated.
