You can add multiple cameras to one Vico Nature account and manage them together in the Vico Nature App.
Is There a Limit on the Number of Cameras?
Currently, there is no fixed limit to the number of cameras you can add to one Vico Nature account.
However, adding a large number of cameras may make device management more complex and could affect the app experience. For optimal performance and easier management, we recommend keeping the number of cameras under 30 per account.
How Many Cameras Can My Subscription Cover?
Both the Individual Plan and the Family Plan support unlimited cameras.
This means that you do not need to purchase an additional subscription or change your plan simply because you add more cameras.
How to Check Whether a Camera Is Covered
To view the cameras covered by your subscription:
- Open the Vico Nature App.
- Tap "Account".
- Select "Vico Nature Awareness".
- Go to the "My Service" page.
- Check the cameras listed under "Supported Devices".
If a newly added camera does not appear under "Supported Devices", check the device list on the "My Service" page and add it to the subscription coverage.
Do I Need to Upgrade My Plan When Adding Cameras?
No. Since both the Individual Plan and Family Plan support unlimited cameras, adding more cameras does not require a plan upgrade.
