You can reset your password in two ways, depending on whether you remember your current one.
If you know your current password
- Open the app and go to User > Account > Settings > Change Password.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to create a new password.
If you forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, tap Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Check your inbox for a verification code and enter it in the app.
- After verification, create a new password.
Password requirements
Your new password must:
- Include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number
- Be at least 8 characters long
