Can I take snapshots while watching the live feed?
Yes, you can take snapshots directly in the app while watching live view. The live stream interface includes a built-in snapshot button that allows you to capture still images at any time during playback.
How to Take a Snapshot
- Open the app and go to the Home page
- Tap the Play (▷) icon on the camera you want to view
- In the live view screen, tap the Camera or Snapshot icon

The image will be saved to your Photo Album
Additional Notes
- Make sure your phone has granted the app permission to access storage or photos. Otherwise, snapshots may not save correctly.
- The snapshot and record buttons are separate and can be used independently.
- Motion detection does not work simultaneously if you're actively in live view mode.
