If you discover that accessories, cables, brackets, mounting hardware, or other components are missing from your camera package, follow these steps to contact us for further help:

- Open the Vico Nature app
- Go to User > Feedback
Option 2: Contact the Seller Directly
- Go to your order history and find the specific purchase
- Select “Contact Seller” (or similar option)l
- Alternatively, check the user manual or support card in the box for the seller’s email or phone number
