You can power your Pan & Tilt Camera with a compatible solar panel to ensure continuous charging. Follow the steps below to connect them properly.
Steps to Connect
- Open the rubber plug on the back of the camera.
- Remove the waterproof silicone protector from the solar panel cable.
- Insert the solar panel cable into the camera's charging port.
- Cover the charging port with the waterproof silicone protector. Make sure it is firmly pressed and sits flush with the camera's surface.
Additional Tips
- The camera may charge more slowly on cloudy or rainy days. This is expected behavior.
- Charging performance depends on local weather conditions. For best results, place the solar panel in an area with direct sunlight for several hours each day.
- Ensure the charging connector is fully inserted. When properly connected, there should be no visible gap and the surface will sit flush.
- Ensure the waterproof silicone protector and included accessories are securely in place to protect the charging port from water and dust.
