If you experience an issue that cannot be resolved through basic troubleshooting, our support team may ask for your camera’s serial number (S/N). The serial number is a unique identifier that allows us to investigate and resolve your issue more efficiently.
You can find the serial number in several ways:
1. Check the Label on the Camera
- Look for a label attached to the camera body.
- The serial number is marked with S/N.
- Next to the serial number, you’ll usually see a QR code.
- Scanning the QR code with your phone’s camera or any QR scanner will display the serial number.
(Example: Camera label with serial number and QR code)
2. Scan the QR Code in the App
- When submitting feedback in the app, tap Scan QR Code. The scan result will automatically show your camera’s serial number.
- During the setup process, if you tap Scan QR Code while adding a new camera, the app will guide you through the setup steps and display related help content.
3. Find It in the App Settings (if the camera is already added)
- Open the app.
- Tap the Settings icon for your camera.
- Tap the “>” extension icon.
- The serial number will be displayed on this page.
Notes
- Each camera has a unique serial number. Please make sure you provide the correct number when contacting support.
- If the label or QR code is damaged or missing, retrieving the serial number through the app is the most reliable method.
