Information Collection During Setup

- Your address is used solely to support emergency response location services.
Contact Information
- You provide your first name, last name, and phone number
- This information establishes you as the Primary Contact (service administrator)
- Your contact details are secured and accessible only to authorized emergency personnel.
Emergency Contacts
- You can add names and phone numbers for up to 3 emergency contacts (family, friends, or trusted individuals)
- These contacts serve as backup communication and security verification
- Each contact's name and phone number functions as security questions for your account
Add Monitoring Center to Your Contacts
- The system checks contacts permissions and may display "Allow contacts access" dialog
- This adds the monitoring center to your device contacts so you can easily identify incoming calls from the monitoring center and avoid rejecting them as unknown numbers
- Only the monitoring center contact is added - no other contact information is accessed
My Service Settings Security
When you access your service settings under "User->Awareness Protection Plan->My Service," the same security measures apply when you select:
