How to Remove a Device from Your Account

If you no longer use a camera or want to transfer it to someone else, you can remove it from your account in just a few steps.

Steps to Remove a Device:

1. Open the app
2. On the Home page, find your camera and tap Camera Settings
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
4. Tap Remove Camera
5. Tap Delete to confirm the removal

Once removed, the device will be unlinked from your account.

Transferring a Device to Someone Else?

1. Remove the device from your account as above
2. The new user can log into their own account and follow the standard setup process to add the camera
3. Once added, the camera will be linked to the new account
