To ensure reliable performance and uninterrupted monitoring, your VicoHome camera will notify you when the battery is running low. Here's what you need to know.
When Will I Receive a Low Battery Warning?
A low battery warning is triggered when the battery level falls below 10%. At that point:
- The camera will display:
“The device is low on battery, please charge.” - Your phone will receive a push notification (if enabled), allowing you to take action before the device powers down.
How Often Are Notifications Sent?
Low battery alerts are sent once every 24 hours while the camera remains below 10% battery. This avoids excessive reminders while keeping you informed.

To receive low battery alerts, the following conditions must be met:
- Camera must be online
The camera must have an active internet connection at the time its battery drops below 10%. - Push notifications must be enabled

- Check that the camera is currently online.
- Update the app to the latest version.
- Remember: notifications are only sent when the camera is both online and below 10% battery.
