- Avoid interference from walls, windows, or metal surfaces.
- Restart your router and try again.
- Follow our guide on improving Wi-Fi connections. You can find here: How to improve Wi-Fi connection.
3. Reposition the Camera
- Avoid placing the camera near electronics like microwaves or cordless phones.
- Reposition the camera to reduce physical obstructions between it and the router.
4. Check Router Settings
- Make sure your router doesn’t have restrictions that might block the camera.
- Disable MAC address filtering or firewalls that could block new connections.
5. Reboot the Camera
- For battery-powered cameras: Use the included pin to gently press the P-hole (reset hole/P button/reset button) for 1–2 seconds.
- For plug-in cameras: Unplug the power adapter, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in to reboot the device.
