- Find the VicoHome app and ensure notifications are enabled
- Check that banners, sounds, and lock screen notifications are allowed
Step 2: Check App Notification Configuration
- Open the VicoHome app and go to camera settings
- Tap Motion Detection > Notification Settings
- Ensure motion detection notifications are enabled
- Verify Do Not Disturb mode isn't active (look for bell icon countdown)
Step 3: Exit Live View Mode
- Important: When viewing live feed, cameras won't record or send notifications
- Always return to the home page after live viewing to re-enable motion detection
Step 4: Optimize Network Connections
