If you can see videos on your SD card but not in the cloud, your camera is recording locally but isn't uploading to your cloud storage. Follow the steps below to find the cause and fix it.
-
Weak or Unstable Internet
Cause: The camera needs a stable internet connection to upload videos. If the signal drops during recording, uploads may fail.
Solution: Move the camera closer to your Wi-Fi router or use a Wi-Fi extender. Restart your router to refresh the connection.
-
Bandwidth in Use
Cause: Other devices on your network may be using most of the available bandwidth, slowing down uploads.
Solution: Limit high-bandwidth activities such as streaming or large downloads while the camera uploads videos.
-
Cloud Plan Inactive or Expired
Cause: If your cloud subscription is inactive or has expired, videos will not upload.
Solution: In the app, go to Settings > Camera Settings > Cloud Service and check your plan status. Renew or activate your subscription if needed.
-
Upload Delay
Cause: Sometimes videos take extra time to appear in the cloud, especially during high network traffic.
Solution: Wait a few minutes and refresh the cloud video list in the app. Ensure your internet speed meets the camera's recommended upload rate.
Additional Notes
Your camera saves videos to the SD card immediately when motion is detected. Cloud uploads require a stable internet connection and may be delayed if network conditions are poor.
