Manually Change Your Cloud Recording Duration

You can adjust the length of your cloud recordings at any time in the camera's settings. The available options depend on your subscription plan.

Change the Recording Duration

1. Open the camera's Settings in the app.
2. Tap Motion Detection.
3. Tap Recording Setting.
4. Tap Cloud Recording Duration, then choose your preferred recording length.

Available Options

• Without a subscription: Up to10 sec, Up to 15 sec, or Up to 20 sec.
• With a subscription:
  • Up to 1 min
  • Up to 2 min
  • Up to 3 min

Important Tips

• Recordings stop when motion ends, even if the selected duration is longer.
• Durations longer than 20 seconds require an active subscription.
