If You Can’t See Any Videos
If your SD card appears empty or you’re having trouble accessing recordings:
- Check that the SD card meets the supported specifications.
- Format the SD card in the app: Camera Settings > SD Card Management > Format SD Card.
- Ensure motion detection is enabled so recordings are triggered.
- Make sure the camera has enough battery when accessing SD card videos.
- Confirm you are viewing the correct date range in Library.
Additional Notes
- Accessing SD card videos through the app will wake battery-powered cameras, which may increase battery consumption.
- Once a Micro SD card is inserted, the camera automatically saves local backups when motion is detected.
- When the SD card is full, older recordings are automatically overwritten by newer ones.
