How to Access Your Cloud Recordings
You can select a specific date to quickly locate the footage you want. Open the app and tap Library to view the videos stored in the cloud. Your recordings are automatically organized by date and time, making it easy to review past events.
- A green dot on the calendar indicates that recordings are available on that date.
- Dates without a green dot do not contain any recordings.
- Recordings you have not yet viewed are marked with a red dot, so you can easily find new events.
Which Cameras Support Cloud Video Storage
Cloud video storage is supported on Wi-Fi cameras only.
4G cameras do not support cloud storage. For 4G models, you can use local storage options such as a microSD card.

- Depending on your plan, storage can extend up to 60 days with a maximum of 10GB.
- You can manually delete recordings at any time.
