CentralHub can connect to your router using either an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.
When using an Ethernet connection, the distance is determined by the length of the Ethernet cable. An Ethernet cable is included with CentralHub for initial setup.
When using a Wi-Fi connection, it is recommended to place CentralHub as close to the router as possible to ensure a strong and stable signal.
For the best performance, place CentralHub in an open area and avoid locations with thick walls, metal objects, or other sources of wireless interference. If you experience connection issues, move CentralHub closer to the router or use an Ethernet connection.
